SHIPPING

Zhu Online aims to have all orders posted the morning after payment is received. This helps to ensure that all orders are received as quickly as possible. 

If express shipping is required, please contact us at [email protected] for a shipping timeline and any additional fees to be organised before you place your order.

Zhu Online is not responsible for any delays in postage or missing parcels. 

Australian Orders:
Free shipping is available within Australia. On average, orders can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive. All orders will be sent in a padded envelope for protection. Orders will not include any tracking details. If you require registered postage, please contact us before you place your order. 

International Orders:
International shipping is available upon request. Please email [email protected] before placing your order to organise the additional cost required.
